1/28/2005 - MOCR Final Report
Stu and Graham are ranked 2nd on US Sailing Team!
We put together a good series, in very tough conditions. The last day brought stronger breezes for once, allowing for everyone to flat wire on all legs when needed. There were numerous squalls that rolled through bringing heavy rain, and of course wind, the good stuff.
We proved quick in the breeze, especially downwind with the kinetics flag up. We moved from a mid fleet pack up to 2nd or 3rd in one downwind.
Final Results: 3rd Mens 2nd US Team Qualifiers We had a great time in Miami and are working on future summer plans. This year the 470 Worlds are in San Francisco!
I'll have plenty to report on that event!
